Notion sites are perfect for docs, portfolios, and simple landing pages — but they can't run forms. Sitebase fixes that with one pasted URL.

Copy the embed URL
Notion strips script tags, so Sitebase gives you a hosted embed URL instead: paste it into the Embed block and the feature renders inside it.

How to embed on Notion
- In your Notion page, type /embed and pick the Embed block.
- Paste your feature's embed URL and press Enter.
- Drag the block handles to size it. Publish the page — done.

Check the installation
- Copy the hosted embed URL, not the script snippet. Paste it into a Notion /embed block.
- Open the published Notion page while signed out. Resize the block so the submit button is visible.
- Send a test entry and find it in the Sitebase Data tab.
If the feature does not appear
- If Notion shows a bookmark, replace it with an Embed block and paste the URL again.
- A Notion code block displays text; it does not execute the script. The hosted embed runs inside the block and does not track every page of your Notion site.

Forms use the feature snippet or hosted embed URL. Full-site analytics needs the tracker in your site's layout.
