How to embed on Shopify
- In the theme editor, add a Custom Liquid section or block to the page.
- Paste the Sitebase script snippet.
- Save. The feature shows up right in your storefront.

Check the installation
- In Online Store → Themes, edit the intended theme and page template. Add a Custom Liquid section if your theme supports it.
- Paste the complete snippet, save, and open the storefront page to check placement.
- Send a test entry. Check that the section appears on the intended template, including on mobile.
If the feature does not appear
- If the section is missing, check that you edited the published theme and the template assigned to that page.
- Some themes do not include a Custom Liquid section. Use the theme’s supported custom-code path or ask its developer where the snippet belongs.

Choose a feature for your site
Forms use the feature snippet or hosted embed URL. Full-site analytics needs the tracker in your site's layout.
